Order still missing
I placed my order more than 40 days ago and still have not received my keyboard. Tracking has not changed since April 14th, and there has been no clear communication or solution from Lofree.
I contacted them several times through live chat and also sent two emails. The only reply I got was a general apology saying the shipment was being “investigated” by the carrier.
The situation has become extremely frustrating. Delays may happen, but the lack of transparency, proactive updates, and real support is not acceptable for a premium product/company.
I would not suggest ordering from Lofree based on this experience.

Nothing like what I expected — the keys feel very unresponsive and the keyboard looks plain.

Awful product
On bluetooth, the keyboard automatically goes to sleep every couple of minutes and there is no way to disable this “feature” — it is utterly infuriating because it takes about 5 seconds to wake back up, and the text you typed during those 5 seconds is completely lost.
Also, the online config tools and downloads are no longer supported and do not work.
With such poor support, this company clearly does not want repeat business.

I did not even add the insurance fee because I had so much confidence in quality (I think the insurance fee is more for brutal postal conditions, so be careful though)
